Transfer Of Ownership is the process of legally transferring a vehicle’s ownership from the current owner [seller] to the new owner [buyer] by updating the registration certificate [RC]. 

Documents Required 

  1. Original RC
  2. Form 29 with ownr signature [2 copies]
  3. Form 30 with owner and buyer signature [2 copies]
  4. Aadhaar and pan card of both seller and buyer 
  5. Valid insurance
  6. Valid pollution 
  7. Otp required from aadhaar link number from owner
