  7. 7.Sale confirmation on dealer letter head
  8. 8.insurance policy xerox 
  9. 9.Address proof xerox  (Adhaar)
  10. 10 Adhaar Otp mandatory  for new registration 
  11. 11. Owner Company I’d copy and PAN Card copy
  12. 12. Form 60 from HR department with company stamp signature( Original )
  13. 13 In case of loan Form -34 (2) with bank stamp
  14. 14 GST of all branches mentioned on form -60
