State NOC

About 

A State NOC [No Objection Certificcate] is an official documents issued by the RTO that allow you to transfer your vehicle from one state to another.

Documents Required 

  1. Rc xerox
  2. Address proof of regd owner 
  3. Form 28 [3 copies] with chasis imprint + owner signature 
  4. Valid insurance policy xerox 
  5. Address proof of state in which you want to transfer this vehicle 
  6. Valid pollution 
  7. Otp required from owner and buyer from aadhar link number for e-kyc and e-sign
